Our Groups
Peer to peer support by trained volunteers and staff
Baby Massage
We offer Baby Massage groups and sessions using trained IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) instructors.
Baby Massage is a great opportunity for parents or carers to focus on baby, and can be helpful for soothing and relaxing babies. Babies can generally attend between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 months.
Contact us for more details about what is currently available.
Peep Groups
PEEP groups are for parents or carers and their children. Peep group sessions generally include the following core activities: a focus from the Learning Together programme (eg ‘Babies making choices’ or ‘Babies on the move’); songs and rhymes; a story time; activities with the children; a talking time for adults (to share experiences and ideas); book-sharing and the opportunity to borrow books and play packs (or information about where and how to do so).
What is Peep?
Peep was set up in 1995 to support parents to enhance their babies’ and children’s learning and development and improve their life chances. The evidence-based Learning Together programme supports all parents to create the best start for their children by making the most of everyday learning opportunities at home – listening, talking, playing, singing and sharing stories and books.
Other Group Opportunities
We develop our group work programme based on the needs of our families. If you are interested in joining a group, please do get in touch with us.
